I. Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Ji-He and Huiyan Expressway
Drawing lessons from the experience of three-dimensional reconstruction and expansion of Zhongshan Expressway in Taiwan Province, we will build a double-deck composite passage to undertake the functions of transit traffic and urban traffic at different levels, and greatly improve the traffic capacity and efficiency.
1. The upper-level three-dimensional passage mainly adopts bridge viaduct, starting from the deep middle passage in the west and the outer ring expressway in the east, with a total length of 62km, 6 lanes in both directions, 100km/h, and 6 interchanges;
2. The underpass is mainly based on subgrade widening, with partial subgrade changed to bridge, starting from Airport South Road in the west and Lvzi Avenue in the east, with a total length of 60km, 6 lanes in both directions, 80km/h, and 21 interchanges;
3. Through three groups (6 pairs) of up-and-down ramps, the conversion between the upper-level three-dimensional passage and the lower-level ground passage is realized.
Recently, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway has been implemented to the eastern transit section, with a total length of about 53km.
Second, Nanping quickly connects with the expressway along the Yangtze River and extends westward to connect with the Shenzhen-Zhuhai Channel.
1. The west extension of Nanping Expressway connects with the west bank of the Pearl River, which is conducive to enhancing the regional radiation of Shenzhen central city, especially Qianhai.
2. The rapid connection between Nanping and Yanjiang Expressway can greatly improve the road network structure in western Shenzhen.
3. Preliminary design scheme: The planning focuses on the three schemes of connecting Nanping Expressway and Yanjiang Expressway-elevated interchange at sea, ground interchange in front of sea and land, and underwater interchange. Among them, the underwater interchange scheme has advantages in saving intensive land, improving ecological environment and improving space quality, and can reserve the planning conditions for connecting Shenzhen-Zhuhai channel in the west.
Third, Baopeng Channel
1. Build a new expressway to meet the medium and long distance traffic demand of the group along the route. It starts from the intersection of Binjiang Avenue and Xixiang Avenue in the west and ends at the third phase of Nanping Expressway in the east, with a total length of 53.2km, 6-8 lanes in both directions and a design speed of 60 km/h. The newly-added expressway mainly passes through the built-up area in the form of tunnel (or viaduct), and 16 interchanges are set up with the high-speed expressway intersecting along the line to realize the "fast-fast" connection conversion with the regional high-speed expressway and improve the traffic efficiency.
2. Upgrade and transform the existing main roads, and undertake the functions of traffic connection, traffic distribution and bus main passage in adjacent areas. There are 29 signalized intersections and 59 right-in and right-out intersections. Set up bus lanes (including harbor stops), non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks.
Fourth, the municipal reconstruction project of Longda Expressway
The total length of Longda Expressway is 21km, and this reconstruction is divided into three sections. According to the specific conditions of different sections, targeted solutions are put forward.
1. The south section is Shuilang-Fenghuang interchange section, which is about 4.8km long and passes through Shiyan and Guangming South. The main road is widened to two-way eight lanes, and the ground laying method is adopted. Add two-way four-lane auxiliary roads and set up four interchanges;
2. The middle section is the section from Fenghuang to Loucun Interchange, which is about 8.6km long and passes through Gongming and Guangming Center. The main road is widened to two-way eight lanes, and two-way tunnels (or the whole tunnel) are used to lay, adding two-way four-lane auxiliary roads and setting up three interchanges.
3. The northern section is the border section from Loucun to Shenzhen-Dongguan, which is about 7.3km long and passes through Gongming North and Songgang. The main road is widened to two-way eight lanes, and a two-way four-lane auxiliary road is added by ground laying. Set up three interchanges to strengthen the traffic service function of the area along the line; Embankment laying is adopted to ensure the efficiency of main line traffic operation.
V. Municipal Reconstruction Project of Salt Dam
The transformation started in Dameisha and ended in Shenhui border, with a total length of about 31.5 kilometers.
1. The main line is transformed from the existing salt dam expressway, with 6 lanes in both directions and bus lanes, with a design speed of 80 km/h;
2. Set up dual 4-lane auxiliary roads in Dameisha, xiaomeisha, Xiyong, Tuyang and Kwai Chung to disperse vehicles; And set up two full interchanges at Huancheng West Road and Outer Ring Expressway.
Sixth, Qiaocheng East Road North Extension Project
The newly-built Qiaocheng East Road North Extension Passage starts from Longguan Expressway-Fulong Interchange in the north and ends at Binhai Avenue in the south (Shenzhen Bay Tunnel is reserved for the south extension), with a total length of about 17.3km, and the main line has six lanes in both directions. A total of five tunnels are set up, with a total length of 15.5km and the longest tunnel of 6.9km, which is located between Shahe East Road and Beihuan Avenue.
There are 6 interchanges along the line (Fulong Road, Baopeng Passage, Shahe East Road, Nanping Expressway, Beihuan Avenue and Binhai Avenue). Four pairs of tunnel entrances and exits (University Town, Qiaoxiang Road North, Shennan Avenue North) are set up to undertake the medium and long-distance rapid traffic connection between Nanshan, Futian West and Longhua.
Seven, Huanggang Road Rapid Reconstruction Project
1, the new underground tunnel, separation of long and short distance traffic, improve traffic efficiency. The tunnel starts from the original Meiguan toll station in the north and connects to the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway in the south. Four pairs of access ramps are set along the tunnel, with a total length of 11.5km and a design speed of 60km/h, with four lanes in both directions.
2. Transform the ground nodes to improve the overall road capacity. Huanggang Interchange in the North Ring Road was transformed into a full interchange; Huanggang Road-Sungang Road and Huanggang Road-Hongli Road nodes were transformed into rhombic interchanges; Huanggang Road-Zhenhua Road node was transformed into an overpass bridge, and Zhenhua Road overpass bridge was newly built, and the ground was adjusted to a right-in and right-out organization.
