There are differences in business environment in different places, so it is necessary to be based on reality, innovate ideas, methods and countermeasures, act positively and be brave in innovation, and form an atmosphere of competing to optimize the business environment. The General Office of the State Council has previously informed some places of the typical practices of optimizing the business environment, such as the reform of the commitment system for enterprise investment projects, the reform of joint acceptance within a limited time, the reform of "one photo with multiple addresses" and "one license with multiple addresses", and the implementation of the "one-stop sunshine price" list. All localities should continue to innovate, constantly explore new methods, and use scientific and efficient "one thousand ways" to seek "exquisite" business environment.

To optimize the business environment, we should not only focus on the internal evaluation of the government, but also focus on the actual feelings of enterprises and the masses.
