  On a midsummer night in July, we talked about Shanghai. The theme activities of the second Global Media Innovation Forum "Shanghai Night" and "Shanghai Shangwen Travel Experience Tour" were successfully held in Shanghai a few days ago. Chinese and foreign guests, including diplomatic envoys of relevant countries in China, heads of international organizations, international economic and financial circles, heads of international mainstream media and well-known financial media, heads of foreign-funded institutions and well-known domestic enterprises, gathered together to enjoy the gorgeous night scenes on both sides of the Huangpu River and experience Shanghai-style culture.

  During the theme activity of "Night in Shanghai", with the sound of a whistle, the "Yuexing 7" cruise ship set off from Shanghai Shiliupu Wharf and walked slowly along the Huangpu River, and the guests enjoyed many unique Shanghai-style landscapes such as the World Architecture Expo Group and the City God Temple.

  On the cruise ship, Shanghai Culture and Tourism Bureau brought colorful cultural activities and non-legacy experience projects to the guests. The artists of Shanghai Folk Orchestra performed a wonderful duet "Moonlit Night on the Spring River" for flute and fiddle, and a quartet "Rose on the Sea" for pipa, flute, Ruan and percussion. At the same time, China traditional culture corner and "Coffee Enjoying Corner" with distinctive features, such as Huxinting Tea Art, Handmade Buckle Area, Mo Ding Gold Painting Ornamental Area and Embroidery Experience Area, were set up at the scene to show the unique charm of Chinese culture to guests at home and abroad.

  "Shanghai Night" also built an interactive platform for the diplomatic envoys in China to communicate with Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs, and the guests from all over the world started a dialogue around the fields of culture, tourism, investment and trade.

  In addition, in the theme activity of "Shanghai-Shanghai Travel Experience Tour", Pavel Negoica, President of Russian newspaper, Ahmed Nadeem, Secretary-General of Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, and Chen Yanquan, Vice President of Associated Press, and other guests from all over the world visited Shanghai Museum and Yuyuan Garden together and had a city walk full of Shanghai culture. At the Shanghai Museum, Chinese and foreign guests deeply felt the characteristics of Chinese civilization, which are "diverse, inclusive and continuous", through 358 cultural relics and more than 400 bronzes. In the Yuyuan Garden, which has a history of hundreds of years and blends with the young Shanghai culture, the inclusive and refined urban charm has brought the guests a pleasant experience of traveling in Shanghai and Shanghai.
