Severely crack down on financial fraud, illegal disclosure, insider trading, market manipulation, breach of trust and other illegal and criminal activities in the capital market. From January 2021 to September this year, the national procuratorial organs prosecuted 446 people for all kinds of securities crimes. Among them, 256 people were prosecuted for manipulating the securities and futures markets, 76 for insider trading and leaking inside information, and 60 for illegally disclosing or not disclosing important information, accounting for 87.9% of the total. Among them, 65 people were prosecuted from September to December last year, up 1.2 times year-on-year, and 224 people were prosecuted from January to September this year, up 28% year-on-year. In order to better promote enterprises to operate in compliance with laws and regulations, and ensure high-quality economic and social development with high-quality procuratorial active performance services, in April this year, the pilot reform of compliance of enterprises involved in the case was fully launched in the national procuratorial organs.
