Youanka is the owner of a barber shop. She rented this house from the state four years ago and started her business. According to the national policy at that time, self-employed individuals can only operate one activity when applying for a business license, so Youanka needs to apply for special business licenses for services such as men’s haircut, women’s haircut and manicure. Since the new regulations on the management of private economy were formally implemented in December 2018, the state has integrated private economic activities, bringing convenience to private economic practitioners.
