　　　Shortly after the launch of "The Founding of the Party", the crew officially welcomed two actors, Liu Yunlong and Zhang Jiahui, who played Jiang Baili and Liang Qichao respectively in the play.

　　If the film is Liu Yunlong’s debut film, this is Liu Yunlong’s second entry into the film industry. Liu Yunlong in the film plays the "three heroes of Chinese non-commissioned officers" (Jiang Baili, Cai E and Zhang Xiaozhun were also known as the three heroes of Chinese non-commissioned officers at the time) Jiang Baili, who is in his 30s and was then the president of Baoding Army University. When the May 4th Movement broke out in 1919, Jiang Baili was on a tour of Europe with Liang Qichao and others.

　　Since Jiang Baili and Liang Qichao first appeared in Europe in the play, speaking English became a natural thing. For Hong Kong actor Cheung Ka Fai, English is a piece of cake. But for Liu Yunlong, it is not so simple. Liu Yunlong only has a few lines of dialogue in the play, but according to the staff around him, he attaches great importance to this performance and has been practicing English dialogue in private. Director Huang Jianxin has a hobby, which is to often give the actors enough room to play according to the performance of the actors on the spot. Unexpectedly, this style made Liu Yunlong break into a cold sweat. He was worried that Director Huang would temporarily add or subtract the dialogue on a whim. The previous kung fu was in vain, and he kept saying, "The lines set before are very good, very good."

　　For Zhang Jiahui, who has just won the Best Actor at the 10th Changchun Film Festival, it should not be difficult to play Liang Qichao this time. Unexpectedly, Zhang Jiahui still feels pressured, because Liang Qichao himself has a strong cultural atmosphere in the play. He went to Europe to study and learned about many problems and drawbacks of Western society. After returning to China, he advocated to expand traditional culture and use the "inherent civilization" of the East to "save the world". Since 1922, he has been a part-time teacher at Tsinghua School, and in 1925, he applied for a position as a tutor at Tsinghua Academy of Sinology. Zhang Jiahui felt that he should have more cultural atmosphere, and took the initiative to ask Huang Hua, the makeup artist on the crew, to strengthen his appearance first. He prepared a variety of glasses and tried them on again and again. Outside of the play, the best actor, Zhang Jiahui, is humble and has been actively discussing characters with directors Han Sanping and Huang Jianxin. "This time, no matter how many scenes, whether they have lines or not, they take their characters very seriously," Huang Jianxin said.
