On February 20, 2023, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an early warning recall notice, and Reckitt recalled Mead Johnson infant formula suspected of being cross-contaminated by Crono and Enterobacter sakazakii. The product name was Enfamil prosobee simple plant-based infant formula (specification: 12.9 ounces). Scope of product recall:

  1. The batches are ZL2HZF and ZL2HZZ, and the UPC codes are both 300871214415 (the batches can be identified by the numbers at the bottom of the jar);

  2. The shelf life is March 1, 2024.

  After customs verification, the product has not been sold in China market, and it has not been found that the products involved have been imported through cross-border e-commerce channels.

  The General Administration of Customs reminds consumers

  1. Do not purchase the above batch of infant formula through any channels for the time being.

  2. If you get the relevant batch of infant formula in any way (such as giving or carrying), please stop eating it immediately and contact the original obtaining channel for the return.
