In order to meet the demand for government services in Changchun, the two sides also built a smart government service system of "unified management through one network". Based on the unified base of urban agents, four key areas were identified, including digital congestion control, urban governance, smart urban management and safety emergency. Three pilot counties and districts in Changchun were selected, and N key application scenarios were created. In recent years, Changchun City has seized new opportunities for the development of digital economy, vigorously developed the digital economy, and achieved rapid development in digital industry, digital infrastructure and digital governance, guided by the "six-city linkage" such as building an international automobile city.
