  Kim Jong-un arrived in Vladivostok on April 24, and reviewed the Russian military band and honor guard at the railway station that day. On April 25th, Putin and Kim Jong-un met at the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. On April 26th, Kim Jong-un visited the Memorial Square of the Battle Honor of the Russian Pacific Fleet and presented a flower basket to the monument.   The first meeting with Putin on April 25 is undoubtedly the top priority of Kim Jong-un’s visit to Russia. In view of the current DPRK-US relations and the form of the peninsula, Kim Jong-un said that the second DPRK-US summit held in Vietnam had brought the situation on the peninsula to a deadlock because of the unilateral non-goodwill attitude of the United States. Peace and security on the Korean peninsula depend entirely on the future attitude of the United States, and North Korea will be prepared for everything possible.

  On the same day, Putin also stressed that relevant parties to the peninsula issue should respect each other’s interests and build mutual trust in stages. Following international law and abandoning the "fist method" is the key to solving the peninsula problem and other problems. It is widely believed that although the first "Pujin Club" has not released the outcome document, it is of great symbolic significance and is beneficial to providing new assistance for promoting the settlement of the peninsula issue.
