　　Affected by cold air and strong winds, it is expected that there will be sand or dusty weather in southern Xinjiang, most of Inner Mongolia, eastern Gansu, Ningxia, north-central Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Henan, north-central Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, northern Hubei, southwestern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, and central and western Liaoning from 20: 00 on April 10 to 20: 00 on the 11th, among which, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, etc.
