【 Conditions for Handling 】
(1) To apply for number portability to transfer the service number to the network, the following conditions shall be met at the same time:
1. The original telecom service operator (hereinafter referred to as the "carrier") has registered personal real identity information to access the network (hereinafter referred to as "real name access").
Among them, the valid certificates of personal real-name network access include resident ID card, temporary resident ID card, household register, Hong Kong and Macao residents’ travel permits to and from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao residents’ residence permits, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and Taiwan Province residents’ residence permits, foreign citizens’ passports, foreigners’ permanent residence ID cards and other valid identity documents stipulated by laws, administrative regulations and the state.
At this stage, government and enterprise customers with unit certificates accessing the network should transfer the number to the name of a natural person, and then apply for carrying the number to the network to carry out the service;
2. It is in normal use (non-loss reporting, shutdown, etc.);
3. Settle the paid telecom charges with the carrier. If there are any unpaid telecom charges (such as international roaming charges, etc.), the time and method of payment have been agreed with the carrier;
4. There is no agreement with the carrier on the online time limit, or the online time limit has been lifted;
5. It has been 120 days since the last port number transfer (natural day).
(2) The numbers that do not provide port number transfer service at this stage include:
1. Satellite mobile service number: the network number is 1349, 174 and other numbers;
2. Mobile communication resale number: the network number is 170, 171, 162, 165, 167 and other numbers;
3. Internet of Things numbers: Internet of Things private network numbers (such as paragraphs 146, 148, 149, 140-144, 1064, etc.) and other general public mobile communication network numbers used for Internet of Things applications;
4. Other circumstances that do not meet the requirements of national policies.
【 Handling materials 】
(a) to bring out the handling materials

(2) Bring in the handling materials.
Users shall provide the following materials when handling the port number transfer service in China Unicom:
1. The valid certificate of the number user registered in the carrier (valid certificate for accessing the network with the same personal real name);
2. Effectively carry out the authorization code;
3. The mobile phone card corresponding to the number of the application for carrying out the service.
At this stage, in principle, we don’t provide the carrying-in service entrusted by others.
【 Process 】
(1) Carry-out process
To handle the number portability service, you must first check with the portability party whether the number meets the portability conditions. Users who meet the portability conditions apply to the portability party to obtain the portability authorization code, and apply for portability in the business hall of the portability party. After the completion of the portability, the portability party will provide users with a new mobile phone card.
The specific process is as follows:
1. Inquire whether it meets the transfer conditions.
Users passEdit the short message "CXXZ# name # ID number" and send it to China Unicom official customer service short message platform 10010.Inquire whether the number meets the portability conditions, and 10010 timely feedback the user’s query results.
For those who meet the requirements, if there are other services affected after port number transfer, the users will be informed of the affected services at the same time as the query results, and the contents will be true and accurate.
For those who do not meet the requirements, users will be clearly informed of the reasons for not meeting the requirements, the services affected after the port number transfer and the consultation channels at one time, and will be provided with consultation to meet the requirements through customer service calls and other means.
If there is a restriction agreement, you can apply for lifting the restriction:
If there is an agreement with the carrier to stipulate the time limit in the network and there are businesses affected by the port number transfer, the user can apply for lifting the port limit.
For those who can’t lift the restrictions online, China Unicom provides users with the service of lifting the restrictions in all its own business halls where the number belongs; If there is no business hall with its own entity in the county area, at least one cooperative business hall will be ensured to provide the service of lifting restrictions. Users can check the list of specific business halls through the online business halls of China Unicom provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) or the 10010 customer service hotline.
China Unicom will allow users to transfer their numbers to the network within 24 hours when they apply for the cancellation of the online time limit and meet the cancellation conditions; For those businesses affected by port number transfer, China Unicom will allow users to port number transfer immediately after users apply for lifting the service of carrying out restrictions.
2. Obtain the authorization code
Users can useEdit the short message "SQXZ# name # ID number" and send it to China Unicom official customer service short message platform 10010.Apply to bring out the authorization code, and 10010 timely feedback the user’s application result.
For those services that meet the requirements, such as those affected after the network transfer without port number, the user will be provided with the authorization code immediately, and the risk notification should be true, accurate and objective; If there is any business that is affected after the port number is transferred to the network, the user will be informed of the relevant impact and solutions in time, and the authorization code will be provided for him after confirmation by the user.
The validity period of carrying out the authorization code is1 hour, you can apply again after the failure; During the validity period of the authorization code, users can only handle payment, recharge, loss reporting, cancellation, card replacement and password reset.
3. Carry in
After obtaining the authorization code, bring my valid ID card and go to the online store of the operator to apply for a new card. The salesperson of the importing party handles the import application and opens a new card for the user in the system.
(2) Carry-in process
When handling the network portability service, users must first check with the portability party whether the number meets the portability conditions. If the portability conditions are met, the user shall apply to the portability party for the portability authorization code, and go to China Unicom for portability. After the portability, China Unicom will provide the user with a new mobile phone card.
China Unicom, as the importing party, can provide importing service for users who intend to import into this network during the business hours of each business place.
The business premises include all the business halls of its own entities and other channels where the number belongs. Users can call China Unicom’s 10010 customer service hotline to consult the business hours of the business hall.
【 Precautions 】
1. Number portability cannot be performed across local networks; If you are not qualified for port number transfer, please contact the original operator according to the SMS prompt;
2. After the portability service takes effect, it can be officially transferred to the new operator. Under normal circumstances, the business acceptance day takes effect from 8: 00 to 20: 00 every day;
3. Customer service numbers of operators are: Unicom 10010, Telecom 10001 and Mobile 10086.
